How do peptide stacks work?
Why combine peptides?
Different peptides work through different mechanisms. BPC-157 repairs tissue locally at the injury site. TB-500 promotes cell migration throughout the body. Used together, they cover both targeted and systemic healing — more ground than either compound alone. Providers design stacks to match the complexity of your health goal.
How are stacks prescribed?
Each compound in a stack has its own dose, frequency, and timing. Your provider designs the protocol based on your specific goals, health history, and how the compounds interact. Some compounds are taken at the same time, others at different times of day. Stacks require medical supervision — they're not a DIY project.
Are stacks safe?
When prescribed by a licensed provider and sourced from a regulated compounding pharmacy, combination protocols have strong safety profiles in clinical use. The risk increases significantly with self-directed stacking from unregulated sources. Always work with a provider who can monitor your response.
Stacking safety — what your vendor won't tell you
More is not always better.
Adding more peptides doesn't automatically mean better results. Each additional compound increases complexity, cost, and potential for interactions. Many providers start patients on a single compound first.
Timing matters.
Some peptides compete for the same receptors or interfere with each other's absorption. Growth hormone secretagogues are typically dosed on an empty stomach before bed. Your provider will design the timing protocol.
Quality compounds only.
A stack is only as good as its weakest compound. One contaminated or underdosed vial compromises the entire protocol. Source from regulated compounding pharmacies with verified Certificates of Analysis.
Monitor and adjust.
Stacks should be monitored by a provider who can order blood work, assess your response, and adjust doses. Never adjust a stack protocol on your own.
